Updates
2026
- October: I will be presenting my research on early-onset colorectal cancer risk factor discovery and clinical trajectories at the Cancer Grand Challenges Team PROSPECT Annual Meeting and Symposium entitled Early-Onset Cancers: Rethinking Cancer Cause Discovery, taking place on October 1–2 at WashU in St. Louis, Missouri. My presentation will be both during scientific sessions and as a poster presentation.
- August: Our research in Cao Lab at WashU on shaping the future of early-onset colorectal cancer prevention has been published in Nature Reviews Cancer. This is a milestone roadmap review on early-onset colorectal cancer risk factor discovery and its integration with causal mechanistic insights, arguing that prevention strategies need to be tailored to younger populations.
